Nature points to it.  Fossils prove it.  Scientist deny it.  The Bible explains it.  What is "it"?  The flood.  Check out the wall chart below that Answers in Genesis sent me.  I have their permission to distribute it if I do so without charging.  Sooooo, knock it out; it's free.

Can you read 10 Chapters a day? You could if it was the Twilight Series or some other popular work, right? Probably because of the entertainment factor I would say. Those are books you want to read but what about something you know you should read?

Dr. Grant Horner has a Bible reading plan that he feels will test you. Try it for thirty days, here.  It’s something you should read. Check the TwitVid if you are in a hurry but otherwise, visit Dr. Horner’s Facbook site. Dr Grant Horner’s method: http://twitvid.com/BAE80

Stop back with your comments. Are you up for the thirty day challenge?

“Text HAITI to 90999 to donate $10 to @RedCross relief.”-TechCrunch

The Haitian earthquake has broken the world's hearts.  The news media outlets aren't going to waste an opportunity either, every gratuitous detail is being stretched to it's fullest to make sure the world is watching.  On the brighter side, campaigns have formed to raise support for the relief efforts using Social Media and text messaging.

According to the NY Times, the Red Cross has been doing this for several years now, using a company called mgive
And the power of Twitter and Facebook, the two giants, are also helping provide muscle to is movement.  It's nice to know that our mobile lifestyles can break away from their self-absorption when a need arises.  Most of what is going on is coming from mobile devices. Here is how you can join in:

A: In our recently published book Already Gone, the research shows that many “20 somethings” have left the church because they question the truthfulness of the Bible, especially as it concerns the age of the earth. As children, they were typically taught Bible “stories” in church. They were shown bathtub-shaped arks overflowing with colorful animals but no mention of fossils, rock layers, and animal kinds.Curriculum publishers, Sunday school teachers, and parents failed to connect the Bible to the real world. So, these children learned that you go to school to learn about history and science, and you go to church to learn moral “stories” and spiritual truths. Sadly, many children are being taught in schools and some churches not to trust God’s Word in Genesis. This leads them to question the truthfulness of all of Scripture, and as young adults, most decide Christianity is irrelevant—and they leave the church.

Marcus Pittman or @LawGrace as he is known in the Twitterverse, is today’s Mobile Missionary. You can learn more about his digital ministry as well as his Open-Air ministry at: http://www.transplantministries.com

Marcus is soldout for Christ, but not in the lame “Jesus is my co-pilot” way that markets the Savior as a lucky charm. He, like a lot of “Christians”, myself included, was fortunate to be raised in the church, but, unfortunately, missing the Law/Grace connection. The Lord, in His sovereignty, removed the veil of misunderstanding and now Marcus is fervently seeking the lost. His message is Law to the Proud and Grace to the Humble; a pity summary of the Gospel, isn’t it? Marcus has a true love for the perishing and a scorpion like sting for those who pose as angels of light yet are wolves in sheep’s clothing. He uses the word like a surgeon’s scalpel to dissect the foolishness of false teachers. Check out what Marcus has to say at http://www.transplantministries.com Sent on the Now Network™ from my Sprint® BlackBerry
